About Rocket Espresso UK
Machines, grinders and kit
Heat exchanger machines such as the Appartamento, Mozzafiato, Giotto and Fast sit alongside dual boiler models including the R58, Cinquantotto, Bicocca and R Nine One. There are commercial machines and limited editions too. Grinders are sold to match, along with bundles, coffee beans and accessories. Buying official UK stock means a Rocket UK warranty and access to a UK network of Rocket service engineers.
Ways to pay or rent
Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted. Interest-free credit can be chosen at checkout to spread the cost. The Rocket Club is another route in, offering a machine on a monthly rental plan. Trade-ins on Rocket and Sage machines can bring the price of a new machine down.
Delivery and returns
Delivery of Rocket machines is free across mainland Britain, and a specialist courier gets in touch to book a day. Because each machine is hand-built to order in Italy, machines can't be cancelled or returned once ordered, so ask the team first if you're unsure which model suits you. Unused accessories in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. The team answers on 0800 861 1581, Monday to Friday, and at [email protected].
Sustainability at Rocket Espresso UK
Rocket Espresso machines are built for longevity, reducing the environmental impact of appliance replacement.
