About Coffee Friend
Machines, grinders and beans
Coffee Friend covers the whole brewing chain. At one end are automatic bean-to-cup machines; at the other, stovetop Moka pots and manual lever models. Grinders, milk frothers, barista tools and cleaning products fill the gaps in between. On the coffee side there are whole beans, ground coffee and pods, plus specialty and limited blends such as FUNKY BEANS and Parallel. Free how-to guides explain espresso extraction and choosing a frother, and businesses can arrange coffee supply, machines and repairs.
Before you order
Allow plenty of time for delivery. UK orders usually take 8 to 16 working days and travel with couriers such as DPD, UPS and APC. A text on the day gives a delivery window. Some orders qualify for free delivery, and Coffee Friend ships to other countries too. Returns must be started within 14 days, with goods unused and in their original packaging, and a £9.90 return fee applies. Cards and PayPal are accepted.
Extras
A VIP programme rewards repeat buyers, and students can verify through Student Beans for a discount on coffee and accessories. Customer service answers by phone and email from 8am to 5pm on weekdays, from a UK office in Harrow.
