About Quickline
Fibre or wireless
Full Fibre packages come in several speed tiers for streaming, gaming and home working. Where fibre isn't available yet, the airUltra and airConnect wireless services deliver a stable connection instead. Quickline broadband doesn't need a traditional phone line. Check your postcode on its website to see which service reaches you; coverage also extends into the East Midlands.
Signing up
New customers receive a wireless router and installation free of charge. Installation usually happens within two to four weeks of ordering. There are no mid-contract price rises, and a service promise lets you leave without penalty if you're unhappy with network performance. Payment is by Direct Debit, Visa or Mastercard.
Support and good to know
Technical support runs seven days a week, while new-customer and general queries are covered six days a week. Keyworkers and HM Armed Forces veterans can get savings. Quickline holds an 'excellent' Trustpilot rating, works with Speak Carbon and runs Climate Fresk workshops in North Yorkshire. Shopperazzi lists Quickline's packages and current offers here.
