Pullup & Dip
Pullup & Dip is a German brand built around one clever idea: a single bar that handles both pull-ups and dips, indoors or outside. Founded in Munich in 2016, it is now run from the Allgäu region under FT Fitness Technology GmbH. Its bodyweight training kit suits people who would rather train at home, in the park or on the road than in a gym.

About Pullup & Dip
The kit
The flagship Pullup & Dip bar switches between pull-up and dip positions and can be fitted for indoor or outdoor use. Around it sits a compact set of calisthenics gear:
- resistance bands, to assist a movement or make it harder
- gymnastic rings for more advanced work
- parallettes for pushing movements and handstand practice
The range is small and focused, so it suits beginners building a first home setup as well as experienced athletes who want portable equipment.
