The Gym Group
The Gym Group runs low-cost gyms across the UK, most of them open 24 hours a day. Memberships carry no contract, so there is no long-term tie. Fees cover the equipment and a timetable of free classes, with personal trainers on hand for extra coaching. It suits budget-minded beginners, shift workers and regular lifters alike.

About The Gym Group
What membership includes
Each gym has cardio machines, free weights and space for functional training. Classes are free for members, with spin, HIIT, body pump and yoga among the options. On-site personal trainers can write a programme and coach sessions for anyone wanting tailored guidance. The kit is chosen to cover every workout style, from strength to conditioning.
Picking a membership
Every plan is contract-free. A 12-month saver membership is available, and students qualify for a reduced rate on it. The 'find a gym' tool on the website shows the nearest sites, with facilities and class timetables to check before joining. Sign-up happens online, paid by Visa, Mastercard or American Express.
Good to know
There is nothing to deliver or return, as this is a membership rather than a product. Help with accounts comes from the online Support Centre, and staff at each gym can answer everyday questions and give workout advice. Not every site offers round-the-clock access, so check the page for your local gym. Shopperazzi lists The Gym Group's current offers on this page.
