Hyperwear

Hyperwear makes weighted training kit for people who like their workouts heavy and portable. The range runs from Hyper Vest weighted vests to sand-filled SandBells, rucking packs and battle ropes. It is an American company based in Austin, Texas, so UK parcels cross the Atlantic with FedEx. Prices show in pounds, but carriage and any import charges can add a fair amount to the bill.

About Hyperwear

What's in the Hyperwear range

  • Weighted vests: the Elite, PRO and TAC, plus the FIT cut for women. The PRO and Elite take add-on 5 lb plates, bought separately.
  • Sandbags: SandBell, SandBell PRO and SteelBell, a neoprene strongman bag and the Hybrid Race system.
  • Adjustable weights: SoftBell versions shaped as kettlebells, dumbbells and barbells.
  • Rucking: Hyper Ruck backpacks loaded with FlexLoad plates, plus ruck and compression socks.
  • Conditioning extras: weighted battle ropes, a speed rope, Super Bands, loop and tube bands, wrist and ankle weights and two cooling vests.

Who it suits

CrossFit-style home gyms, functional fitness fans and anyone who walks with a loaded pack will recognise this kit. Hyperwear says athletes, soldiers and first responders train with it. It invents and patents its own designs, and it says many items are American-made using recycled materials.

Before you order from the UK

FedEx carriage is calculated at checkout, based on how big and heavy the order is. As a guide, a speed rope cost £20.00 to send and a set of spare 5 lb vest plates £41.00, checked in October 2026. Duties and taxes fall on the buyer, and overseas parcels have no promised arrival date.

A return must be requested within 60 days of the parcel arriving, or 90 days for anything bought from 1 November to 31 December. Kit has to be unused, unwashed and in original condition, with proof of purchase. UK buyers get a return form from customer service, pay the postage themselves and lose the original shipping cost. Bundles only come back complete. Defects are covered for 24 months, while the Hyper Vest PRO and the bands get half that, at 12.

Hyperwear FAQs

Where does Hyperwear ship from?

Every order is packed and dispatched in Austin, Texas, and reaches the UK by FedEx. Carriage is calculated at checkout, and the person receiving the parcel covers any import duty or tax.

How long is the Hyperwear return window?

Ask within 60 days of delivery, stretched to 90 days for orders placed from 1 November to 31 December. Once approved, there are 30 days to post the item back, at the buyer's cost.

Is there a women's Hyper Vest?

Yes. The Hyper Vest FIT is cut for women and sits alongside the Elite, PRO and TAC models. Spare 5 lb plates fit the PRO and Elite and are bought on their own.

Does Hyperwear sell kit for rucking?

Yes. Hyper Ruck backpacks are built for weighted walking, and FlexLoad plates add the load inside them. Ruck socks and weighted vests suit the same kind of training.
