TG 2K Heavy Duty Screw Clamp 200mm

The 200mm capacity Bessey TG 2K is a popular mid-range model offering excellent versatility for a wide variety of workshop and site applications. The generous 100mm throat depth provides substantial reach for clamping larger workpieces, deep assemblies, and panel work, whilst the integrated Bessey anti-slip system ensures maximum safety by preventing the clamp from dislodging during operation. At 1.06kg, this clamp strikes an ideal balance between substantial build quality and practical handling. The 27 x 7mm profiled rail offers enhanced torsional rigidity compared to smaller models, making it particularly suitable for demanding applications requiring the full 6,000N clamping force. The characteristic serrated malleable cast iron arms provide powerful, rigid clamping for furniture making, door assembly, large joinery projects, and general construction work. Powder coating delivers excellent corrosion protection, whilst the smooth-running surface-coated spindle with acme thread ensures comfortable, efficient operation throughout long working days.
