GH Lever Clamp 160mm

The Bessey GH Lever Clamp with 160mm clamp capacity is the lightest model in the range at just 0.64kg, making it perfect for precision work and applications requiring frequent repositioning. The compact 80mm throat depth suits detailed assembly work, small fabrications, and situations where access is restricted. Despite its compact dimensions, it delivers the full 8,000N clamping force of the larger models. This nimble variant excels in workshops where speed and precision matter. The 16 x 7.5mm rail provides adequate rigidity for smaller workpieces whilst keeping weight to a minimum for comfortable handling. The lever mechanism enables rapid application – particularly valuable in production environments or when numerous clamps must be applied quickly. The secure ratchet system ensures vibration-proof holding, essential for maintaining alignment during machining or finishing operations.
