GH Lever Clamp 500mm

The Bessey GH Lever Clamp with 500mm clamp capacity is the largest model in the range, designed for substantial assemblies and wide-span applications. This professional-grade clamp is ideal for large furniture production, extensive frame assemblies, and industrial fabrication where maximum reach is required. The 120mm throat depth provides excellent clearance for a wide variety of workpiece configurations. The extended 500mm capacity doesn't compromise the rapid-action advantage – you'll still achieve clamping speeds up to 5 times faster than conventional screw clamps. The robust 25 x 12mm rail section ensures rigidity across the extended span, preventing deflection under the full 8,000N clamping force. The secure ratchet mechanism with hardened cam maintains vibration-proof holding throughout extended machining or assembly operations, whilst the ergonomic lever design ensures comfortable operation even during demanding production schedules. Features and Benefits: • Maximum 500mm capacity for large-scale assemblies • Rapid lever action saves significant time on complex projects • Vibration-resistant ratchet ensures secure holding throughout operations • Tempered drop-forged sliding arm for exceptional durability • Single-piece bracket construction for maximum torsion resistance Specifications: Clamp Capacity (Length): 500mm Clamping Force: up to 8,000N Throat Depth: 120mm Rail: 25 x 12mm Weight: 0.64kg
