ProCook
ProCook designs its own pans, knives, bakeware and tableware and sells them direct, online and through about 80 UK stores. Nearly everything carries the ProCook name rather than other brands. The business began in 1996 as a family mail-order cookware firm, and its shares now trade in London. It holds B Corp certification and pays the Real Living Wage.

About ProCook
In the kitchen range
Cookware is the heart of it: stainless and non-stick saucepans, sauté pans and lids. Named ranges include Elite, Gourmet and Professional. Knife sets and single knives follow, and next-day orders that include a knife need the buyer's age checked.
Bakers get tins and roasting trays, and cooks get thermometers, scales and utensils. Dinner sets, glasses and drinkware cover the table, and small electricals joined the line-up in 2024. The group designs its 1,500-plus products in-house.
Guarantees start at 12 months on every item, and plenty extend to 10 or 25 years if a fault appears with normal home use.
Before you order
Standard delivery, 2 to 5 days, is £4.95 and free over £60. DPD next day costs £6.95, dropping to £4.95 above £60, for in-stock items ordered by 3pm to the UK mainland. Named-day delivery is £7.95, or £5.95 over £60. Pickup point collection via DPD is £4.95, again free over £60. ProCook only ships within the UK, though that includes Jersey, Guernsey, Northern Ireland and the Highlands.
Returns and extras
A 30-day money-back promise applies from the purchase date. Items must be unused, boxed as they came and backed by proof of purchase. Online orders can go back through the returns portal, which offers a £3.95 drop-off or a £14.95 home pickup, or to any store. In-store purchases must go back to a store. Refunds take around 14 working days. Students and graduates can verify through Student Beans for a discount when spending over £30. Gift cards can be bought online or in a shop.
