My GSN
My GSN is the online shop of Gold Standard Nutrition, a UK brand of frozen, high-protein meals. Founder Craig Allen started it in 2012 by delivering steam-cooked chicken by van to students and gyms along the M62 corridor. Today the meals also reach over 1,000 gyms, universities, workplaces and retailers. Ordering online puts them in your freezer by next-day courier.

About My GSN
The menu
Meals are built around steam-cooked chicken, kept high in protein and controlled in calories. Popular picks include Breaded Chicken Katsu Curry, Panko Breaded Chicken Bites and Korean Sweet Chilli Wraps. Bundles mix several best sellers, a sensible way to try the range or fill a freezer. GSN also teams up with other brands on new flavours, HECK being one example.
Ways to buy
You can order one-off or choose Subscribe & Save, which lets you pause or change a regular delivery. Students can get a discount through Student Beans and NHS staff through Blue Light Card, and there is a scheme for the armed forces. The GSN Rewards Club adds points on each purchase.
