About My GSN

Gold Standard Nutrition Our Journey to Making Healthy Eating Easy My GSN, also known as Gold Standard Nutrition, was founded in 2012 by Craig Allen with a clear mission: to make healthy and tasty food effortless for everyone. What began with Craig personally delivering steam-cooked chicken to gyms and students across the M62 corridor has blossomed into a leading UK brand. Our commitment to quality and convenience has seen us expand our reach significantly, now supplying over 1,000 locations including gyms, universities, emergency service stations, and retailers. We believe that nutrition should complement the rhythm of your life, not complicate it. This philosophy is at the heart of every meal we create, ensuring that our customers can enjoy delicious, high-protein, and low-calorie options without the hassle of extensive meal prep. Discover the My GSN Product Range Healthy, Tasty, and Easy Meals Delivered At My GSN, you'll find an exciting array of frozen meals designed for health-conscious individuals. Our menu features popular items like the flavourful Breaded Chicken Katsu Curry, versatile Panko Breaded Chicken Bites, and innovative Korean Sweet Chilli Wraps. Each product is carefully balanced to provide excellent nutritional value, focusing on high protein content and controlled calories. Beyond individual meals, we offer convenient bundles, allowing you to sample a variety of our best sellers or stock up for weeks. Our "Subscribe & Save" option provides ongoing discounts and the flexibility to manage your orders, pause, or adjust your selections to suit your changing needs. We are constantly innovating, introducing new flavours and collaborations, such as our partnership with HECK!, to keep your mealtimes exciting. Why Choose My GSN for Your Nutrition?
