About Millets
Kit for the trail and the campsite
Jackets are a big part of it: waterproofs, insulated and down coats, softshells and 3-in-1 designs for men, women and children. Layer them with fleeces, base layers and walking trousers. On the feet, choose from walking boots and shoes, trail runners, wellies, snow boots and sandals. Peter Storm and North Ridge are among the clothing names.
Camping covers everything from a one-person tent to family-size ones, with pop-up, blackout and inflatable options. Tent makers range from Vango and Outwell to Kampa, Zempire and Eurohike. Add sleeping bags, airbeds, stoves, tables and chairs for the pitch. There are also rucksacks, GPS watches, head torches and caravanning accessories, with kit for climbing, skiing, fishing, cycling and watersports.
Delivery and collection
Standard delivery is £3.99, arriving in 3 to 5 days, and nothing once the basket tops £70. Bikes and big tents don't count towards that. Next-day delivery is £5.99 for orders in by 5pm. Some areas get a 48-hour attempt instead, including Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and parts of the Highlands. Bulky goods cost £9.99 to send and the heaviest, such as big tents, £19.99. Collecting from a store is free. Outside the UK, Millets only delivers to BFPO addresses.
Sending things back
Millets refunds goods returned within 28 days of receiving or collecting them. Packaging should be original and the item resaleable, unless it is faulty. Book a courier through the online portal, with Evri or Royal Mail from £2, or hand the parcel in at a store. Exchanges for size or colour are store-only. Refurbished stock has a shorter 14-day window. Gas, bladed items and large tents must go back in person to one of the group's Millets, Blacks or GO Outdoors shops. Helmets, climbing safety kit, swimwear and underwear can't be returned.

Which brands does Millets stock?
Peter Storm and North Ridge appear among the clothing labels. For tents, look for Kampa, Vango, Zempire, Outwell and Eurohike.
