LW Theatres
LW Theatres runs six West End venues and acts as the official box office for the shows inside them. Andrew Lloyd Webber owns the company, which dates from 1977. It was called The Really Useful Theatres until it took its current name in July 2018. Booking here suits theatregoers who want tickets straight from the venue operator rather than a reseller.

About LW Theatres
The venues
The six theatres are His Majesty's Theatre, the Adelphi, the Cambridge Theatre, the London Palladium, the Gillian Lynne Theatre and Theatre Royal Drury Lane. Each has its own character, and between them they host some of London's longest-running musicals.
What's on stage
Long-runners have included The Phantom of the Opera and Matilda The Musical from the Royal Shakespeare Company. Back to the Future and My Neighbour Totoro have also played. Sea Witch and Disney's Hercules are among the newer titles, and every winter the Palladium stages its pantomime. Concerts and special events, including tours by musical theatre performers, fill out the calendar. Line-ups change, so check what is running for your dates.
Booking and tickets
Tickets arrive as e-tickets or mobile tickets, so there is nothing to post. Check your junk folder if a confirmation does not appear. If tickets are still missing near the show, take your confirmation and photo ID to the box office. Arrive 30 minutes or more before the start. Card payments by Visa, Mastercard and American Express are accepted, as is PayPal. Gift cards are not sold. Exchanges follow the terms set out on the site. There is no general student discount, though some productions run schemes for under-30s and key workers.
