The appliance line-up
Air purifiers are the core. Smart models include the Eleva 300X, the Core 600S and the Core 300S. The shop sorts them by room size, so you can match one to your space. Humidifiers are also grouped for small, medium and large rooms. Floor care comes from the LVAC200 and LVAC-300 cordless vacuums. For cooling there are tower fans and the compact Windi Mini desk fan. Filters, accessories and multi-product bundles are sold separately.
Delivery and returns at a glance
Delivery is free to mainland UK addresses, with Evri bringing parcels within 5 business days. Anything ordered before 15:00 is processed the following business day. Some remote postcodes pay a £10.70 surcharge, covering the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and parts of Scotland. Change your mind and you have 30 days from receipt to return any product. It needs to be in its original state, complete with packaging, and you must get an RMA number first. Send it within 15 days of getting that number. Postage on change-of-mind returns is yours to cover. Vesync covers the cost when an item is faulty.
Good to know
A 2-year limited warranty covers each appliance for its original buyer. The support team answers email on weekdays, 9am to 5pm, and handles both warranty claims and returns.
