Cylinder models include the standard Henry, the XL Plus and XL Xtra, a Pet version and Henry Allergy, which carries Allergy UK approval. Hetty and Harry come from the same design family, and Harry is pitched at homes with pets. For quick tidy-ups there are the cordless Quick, Quick Pet and Quick Pro sticks. George and Henry Wash clean carpets and upholstery, and the Charles wet vacuum handles spills.
Spares and consumables
Spares sold on their own include hoses, Quick Pods, replacement tool kits, the ProKit and HepaFlo filter bags. They help keep an older machine running.
Ordering and aftercare
Delivery costs £2.99, or nothing once the order passes £20. Clear payment by 11.30am on a weekday and the parcel goes out that same day. Machines and batteries travel by DPD with a signature, while a single accessory goes by Royal Mail 1st Class. Expect longer waits around Christmas. Buying direct and registering a cylinder vacuum adds a free year to its 2-year warranty. Returns are accepted for 30 days in the original packaging, with collection arranged by customer care.

New machines travel with DPD on a signed next-day service. Orders paid for by 11.30am on a weekday are dispatched the same day.

Yes. Register a cylinder vacuum bought from MyHenry and its 2-year warranty gains a third year at no cost. Accessories supplied in the box are covered for 3 years.
