FuelHub
FuelHub cooks chilled, high-protein meals in Warrington and sends them out in boxes to most of Great Britain. The business was founded in 2019 by James and Michelle Laithwaite. Every dish lists its calories and protein, which suits people tracking macros, training for a sport or simply short of time to cook. Boxes come as a weekly subscription or a one-off order.

About FuelHub
The menu
Around 35 dishes are on offer at any time, and the line-up changes monthly. Recipes come from nutritionists and are cooked by a team of development chefs. Vegetarian, gluten-free and dairy-free options exist, but nothing on the menu is halal.
Plans are shaped around running, cycling, football, rugby, Hyrox and general gym training, with another for busy professionals. FuelHub JNR covers children aged 4 to 11. Teams, athletes and employers are served by a separate FuelHub Pro service.
Storing and heating
Reheating takes roughly three minutes. Once in the fridge, a meal lasts up to a week, or less if the date printed on the pack is earlier. Plan the week's eating around delivery day.
