About Evri

Sending a parcel

Evri suits occasional senders and small online sellers alike. Services range from economy options to next-day delivery within the UK, and international sending is offered with simplified forms.

Parcels can be dropped at a ParcelShop or locker, and there are thousands of them. Many sit inside supermarkets such as Tesco and Sainsbury's, while others are in local shops.

Anyone sending 40 or more parcels in a calendar month has cheaper pricing applied automatically, which helps regular sellers.

Tracking and returns

Tracking works with the 16-digit tracking number or with the 8-digit number on a calling card left by the courier. Evri also handles returns for many high street, catalogue and online shops.

If something goes missing or arrives damaged, compensation is available, subject to terms.

Paying and getting help

Payment is by Visa, Mastercard, PayPal or Apple Pay. Phone advisers work Monday to Saturday, and international queries can use live chat at any hour. Students can get a discount through UNiDAYS or Student Beans, and Tesco Clubcard points can be collected on Evri spending. The app also lets customers tip their courier.
