About Clove Technology
Phones, tablets and more
Unlocked smartphones are the core of the range, so you can pick a handset first and a network second. Some brands here are hard to find at other UK retailers. Tablets cover work, study and streaming, and there is a selection of games consoles. Accessories include cases, chargers, headphones and smart home gadgets.
Refurbished handsets
Clove sells refurbished mobiles alongside new stock. Each one goes through testing and grading, and comes with a 12-month warranty. That gives some reassurance if you are buying a pre-owned phone for the first time.
Ordering
Most UK orders arrive the next day with DPD. Overseas customers can order too, with DHL Express, UPS or Royal Mail handling international parcels. Clove takes Visa, Mastercard or PayPal and does not offer gift cards. It is online only, but its UK team answers phone and email from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Returns are accepted, and NHS and healthcare staff can get a discount through Blue Light Card. Hugh Symons Exchange Ltd is the company behind the shop.
