Buying refurbished
The stock centres on phones from Apple, Samsung and Google, with refurbished tablets, smartwatches and games consoles too. Every device is checked before it is sold and covered by a 12-month warranty. That warranty is the key thing to compare between refurbished sellers.
Selling your old device
Get a quote online, then post the device with the free label. Alternatively, book a home collection, which runs seven days a week. If the condition matches what you selected, you receive the full quoted amount. If it does not, Envirofone sends a revised offer, and you can accept it or have the device returned free.
Payment for sold devices comes by bank transfer, PayPal or cheque. Choosing EnviroCash instead adds extra credit towards a refurbished phone. Data is wiped from every device, but do a factory reset before posting.
Good to know
Broken devices can be sold too. Customer service is open Monday to Friday. Devices that cannot be reused are recycled responsibly.
