About ECOVACS
The three robot families
DEEBOT models handle floors, pairing suction with a mopping function. Sophisticated versions such as the DEEBOT T80S OMNI do both jobs in one machine. WINBOT robots, including the W3 OMNI, take care of window glass. Outdoors, GOAT robotic mowers keep a lawn trimmed without you pushing a mower.
Features worth checking
Most models rely on AI navigation, mapping and obstacle avoidance, and you set routines in a smartphone app. Compare these features across models before you choose, as they shape how well a robot copes with your layout. Accessories for each robot are sold too.
Delivery and returns at a glance
The official store delivers free across the UK on every order. ECOVACS is also sold through Amazon UK and major electronics retailers, so you can compare sellers. You have 30 days from purchase to return an item in original condition. If the return isn't for a quality problem, you pay the postage back. Refunds take 5 to 7 business days once the item arrives. Payment options are Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and Apple Pay.
Sustainability at ECOVACS
ECOVACS develops intelligent robotic solutions designed to enhance efficiency in home and garden maintenance. While specific sustainability initiatives are not detailed, their smart devices aim to optimise resource usage and reduce manual effort.

ECOVACS FAQs
Who pays return postage on ECOVACS orders?
If you return something for a reason other than a quality issue, the return shipping cost is yours. Items must be in original condition and sent within 30 days.
Does a DEEBOT mop as well as vacuum?
Yes. DEEBOT robot vacuums combine suction with mopping, so one machine can tackle dust and give hard floors a wet clean.
Can I buy ECOVACS anywhere other than its own site?
Yes. Besides the official UK store, ECOVACS products are sold on Amazon UK and by major UK electronics retailers.
How long does an ECOVACS refund take?
Once your return has been received, the refund is processed within 5 to 7 business days.
