Leonardo De Rienzo, an electrical engineer, started the business in 1971 repairing automatic washing machines. It later moved into selling appliances and is still family-run, with a large showroom in Leicester where shoppers can see models in person.
Appliances and kitchens
The range covers laundry, cooking and cooling: washers and tumble dryers, cookers and hobs, and fridge freezers. An Under £250 range groups the more affordable models.
For bigger projects, the kitchen design service starts with a free home visit and no obligation to buy. Designs can be paired with appliance packages to suit the budget.
Delivery, payment and returns
Orders over £100 qualify for free UK delivery. Local customers can add professional installation or pick up from the Leicester warehouse. Payment is by Visa, Mastercard or PayPal, and Splitit lets you spread a large purchase over monthly instalments on an existing credit card.
