Crown Paints

Picking the right paint

For living rooms and bedrooms, the Walls and Ceilings emulsion comes in matt and silk and uses Crown's low-solvent Breatheasy formula. Kitchens, bathrooms and hallways that need regular wiping suit easyclean, which also covers wood and metal. CRAFTED is the decorative line, with flat matt, textured and metallic effects. Outside, Sandtex covers masonry, with primers and undercoats to prepare surfaces.

Testing colours

Before buying full tins, order 40ml Matchpots or A5 peel-and-stick samples. The A5 sheets are posted on their own, free. You can search shades by room, style or colour family, and there's a downloadable colour chart.
