About Commodity

How Scent Space works

Many Commodity fragrances come in three versions. Personal stays close to the skin, Expressive gives a balanced, noticeable trail, and Bold fills a room. Choosing the level that fits your day, office or evening out, matters as much as choosing the scent itself. The Ice(d) Scent Space trilogy is one of the more recent additions.

Trying before committing

Full-size bottles hold 100ml, so testing first makes sense. Discovery Kits contain samples of several fragrances, and the kit comes with credit that can go towards a full-size bottle later. If you'd rather smell them in person, Commodity is stocked in Sephora stores and at Bloom Perfumery in London. No formula is tested on animals, and none contains parabens or phthalates.

Ordering on the UK site

VAT and duties are built into the prices, meaning nothing extra is due when the parcel arrives. Orders over £60 ship free. Returns are accepted; read the policy on the website for the details. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal are taken, and gift cards are sold. The free Commodity.Circle scheme collects points on purchases, and students can claim a discount through Student Beans. Customer service can be reached by email or phone.

Commodity FAQs

Which Commodity fragrance should I try first?

Milk, Gold and Book are the brand's bestsellers, so they are a sensible starting point. A Discovery Kit lets you sample several before buying a full-size bottle.

Will I pay import charges on a Commodity order?

No. Prices on the UK website include VAT and duties, so the total at checkout is what you pay.

Can I smell Commodity perfumes in a shop?

Yes. The fragrances are stocked in Sephora stores and at Bloom Perfumery in London.

Are Commodity perfumes cruelty-free?

Yes. Every formula is cruelty-free, and they are also free from parabens and phthalates.
