Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, Scilly and the Scottish Highlands and Islands are all included.
Sending something back
You have 90 days from receipt, provided the item is unused and its packaging undamaged; faulty goods are the exception. Print a free returns label from the site and enclose a short note giving your order number and why you're sending it back. The money is refunded within one working day of the parcel landing. Gifts bought from 1 November to 24 December can go back until 31 January.
