Bulk
Bulk, once called Bulk Powders, is a sports nutrition brand from Colchester in Essex that grew from a spare-bedroom start-up. It sells protein powders, creatine, vitamins and fitness foods, with a dedicated vegan range. Order by 8:45pm and the parcel can arrive the next day. Frequent buyers can pay £9.95 a year to make next-day delivery free.
About Bulk
Supplements and foods
Protein powders are the heart of the range, joined by creatine, everyday vitamins and products aimed at fat loss and endurance. Fitness foods sit beside the powders, and a vegan range caters for plant-based diets. The products are pitched at everyone from beginners to seasoned athletes.
Delivery and returns
The next-day cut-off is 8:45pm, and standard delivery is free above a minimum spend. Bulk Boost costs £9.95 a year and makes next-day delivery free on any order above £10, as often as you like. Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Bulk also ships internationally.
Points, payment and help
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and Klarna are accepted. Bulk Points gives two points for every £1 spent, not counting delivery, with every point worth £0.01 off a later order. Points expire after a year. Students can verify through Student Beans for extra savings. There is no phone line, so help comes through live chat or a web form. The team works 8am to 6pm on weekdays and 9am to 5pm at weekends.
