About Healf
The four pillars
Eat is the supplement aisle: gut health products, nutritional aids and brands such as Designs For Health, Pique and Cymbiotika. Move brings fitness technology like WHOOP, plus recovery products. Mind gathers adaptogens, mindfulness tools and supplements aimed at stress and focus. Sleep focuses on products and rituals that help you wind down. Liquid liposomal drops developed with doctors sit within the range too.
Personal plans
For a more tailored route, the Healf Zone membership pairs at-home biomarker testing with expert guidance. Product suggestions then follow from your results. It suits people who want data behind their choices rather than guesswork.
