Materials from ground to roof
Structural basics include bricks, blocks, insulation, sand and cement. Timber runs from structural lengths to sheet materials and fencing, with FSC and PEFC certified options for anyone who wants responsibly sourced wood. Roofing supplies, windows and doors are stocked too. Outside, the landscaping range covers paving, driveway blocks, aggregates and garden structures.
Fitting out the inside
For the finishing stages, Buildbase sells kitchens and bathrooms, plumbing and heating parts, electrical supplies, and flooring and tiling. Tools and workwear complete the range, which helps trades who want everything on one order.
Delivery, collection and accounts
Online orders over £150 (ex VAT) are delivered free from your nearest branch; below that, a standard £10 charge applies. Delivery to site is possible, though minimum order values can apply. Click & Collect lets you pick up from a local branch, usually within one working day. Returns are accepted within 14 days with proof of purchase, and special orders may carry a restocking fee. Pay by Visa or Mastercard, or open a trade account for credit facilities, account pricing and a dedicated account manager. NHS staff get a discount on most products, boilers and power tools excepted, by showing a valid NHS ID card.
