About Plumbing Superstore
What's on the shelves
The range is split into clear categories. Pipes and pipe fittings sit next to valves and stop cocks, clips and brackets, insulation and drainage pipe. Heating and ventilation parts, boiler fittings and bathroom essentials cover installs and upgrades, while a tools section handles the kit side. Brands on the shelves include Pegler Yorkshire, Armacell and John Guest Speedfit.
Trade and DIY buyers
Trade customers can apply for an account with credit terms and dedicated support. Some of the phone staff are experienced plumbers, so technical questions about products and their uses can be answered. Regular buyers can collect points through the SUPER Rewards scheme. Payment is by Visa, Mastercard, PayPal or a trade account.
Delivery, collection and returns
Orders over £150 travel free within the UK, and next-day delivery is available. Collection from the Darlington trade counter is another option. Unused items can come back within 30 days, though cut materials carry some restrictions, so measure carefully before ordering lengths of pipe.
