Bakerdays

Personalised cakes are the heart of Bakerdays, a Nottingham bakery that has sold online since 2011. You can add a message or upload a photo, then have the cake delivered anywhere in the UK. Cupcakes, brownies and helium balloons are available too. Some cakes come in a letterbox size, made to fit through the door.

About Bakerdays

Designing your cake

Start from one of thousands of ready-made designs, or build your own from scratch. Any image can be uploaded and printed on top, along with your own wording. Collections cover birthdays, Mother's Day, Ramadan and Eid, and weddings. Sizes run from small bento cakes to bigger celebration bakes, including cat-themed designs. Flavour choices are Victoria sponge, red velvet, lemon drizzle and chocolate chip, plus a half-and-half option. Cupcakes and brownies can be personalised as well.

Delivery and returns at a glance

UK orders placed before 2pm can arrive the next day, brought by hand by DPD. Orders to Europe take two days or more, so plan ahead for birthdays abroad. Returns aren't normally accepted, because every bake is personalised and perishable. The exception is a cake that arrives faulty or wrong, so contact customer services straight away if that happens. Double-check names, dates and spelling before you pay.

Paying and extras

Checkout takes Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. Gift cards are sold for anyone who would rather pick their own design. Students, apprentices and young people aged 16 to 26 can claim a discount through Youth Discount or Student Beans. A free rewards scheme also collects points on each order to put towards later ones.

Bakerdays FAQs

Will a Bakerdays cake fit through my letterbox?

Some will. Bakerdays offers letterbox cakes designed to slip through the door, which is handy if nobody will be home when it arrives.

Can Bakerdays send a cake to someone in Europe?

Yes. Delivery to Europe is available and takes two days or more, so order a little earlier than you would for a UK address.

What if my cake turns up damaged or wrong?

Contact Bakerdays customer services as soon as possible. Faulty or incorrect items are the exception to its usual no-returns rule for personalised, perishable bakes.

Who runs Bakerdays?

Bakerdays is owned by Treats and Bites Ltd. It is a British business based in Nottingham and has been baking personalised cakes since 2011.
