About American Tourister
Hard shell or soft side?
Hard-shell cases give more protection to what's inside, while soft-sided designs flex and usually leave extra packing space. Airconic, Starvibe and Soundbox are among the best-known collections. Many cases roll on spinner wheels and come with built-in TSA locks, and interiors are laid out to keep packing organised.
After you buy
Spare parts can be ordered through the brand's Support & Go website, using the product code on the warranty card or the label inside the case; parts for some older ranges are no longer available. Repairs are best done at an authorised repair centre, which keeps the warranty valid. New combination locks arrive set to 0-0-0 until you choose your own number.
