About Affordablemobiles
Phones and plans
New handsets include recent iPhones, such as the iPhone 17 Pro Max, iPhone 17 and iPhone 16, as well as Samsung's Galaxy S24. Each comes with contract options at different data levels. Existing contract holders can upgrade to a newer handset while staying on their network. Anyone keeping their current phone can pick a SIM-only plan instead. Refurbished Apple and Android phones are a lower-cost route to a handset.
Before signing up
Networks raise prices once a year, and Affordablemobiles explains these increases in its contract terms. Contracts include a 14-day cooling-off period, and device returns follow the shop's terms. Visa, Mastercard and PayPal cover payment. The current company, Affordable Mobiles Limited, dates from 2024 and is based in Bolton.
Delivery and support
Every order gets free next-day delivery. Phones are sent by DPD with tracking, and SIM cards go by Royal Mail 1st Class. The care team works Monday to Saturday by phone or email. NHS staff can access discounts via Blue Light Card or Health Service Discounts. A referral scheme run by Aklamio pays a cash reward to both the referrer and the friend.
