Current handsets include the iPhone 17 and iPhone 17 Pro, Samsung's Galaxy S25 FE and Google's Pixel 10 Pro XL. For tablets there's the HONOR Tab X8a and iPads including the A16, while the Apple Watch Series 11 leads the wearables. Headphones such as Pixel Buds Pro 2 and AirPods Max USB-C are sold too, along with mobile broadband devices. If you'd rather keep your current phone, SIM-only plans are available, and you can bring your existing number across.
Perks for customers
Signing up to O2 Priority costs nothing and brings early access to event tickets plus regular freebies. Roaming is included at no extra charge, and the Switch Up scheme lets you change phone whenever you like. Students can verify through UNiDAYS, GRADLiFE or TOTUM for money off, and the O2 Open programme looks after NHS staff and the military. Gift cards are also sold.
Delivery, returns and support
Smartphones come with free next day delivery when ordered before 10pm. Click and collect is offered, and there are more than 450 O2 stores in the UK. Orders aren't shipped abroad. New devices can be returned within 14 days in their original condition and packaging. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and Apple Pay are accepted. For help, use My O2, the online community or the phone lines. O2 also runs phone recycling and trade-in.
