There is no off-site car park to find and no transfer bus to catch. You pull up at the terminal drop-off point and a driver takes your car to a secure car park. It is brought back for your return. Every car park holds the police-backed Park Mark Safer Parking Award, with CCTV, fencing and regular patrols. Families and anyone with heavy luggage tend to gain the most.
Booking tips
Prices rise as spaces fill, so the company advises booking early, ideally three weeks or more before you fly. Two types of booking are sold. Flexible bookings can usually be changed or cancelled up to 24 hours before travel. Non-refundable bookings cost less and cannot be cancelled, though their times can still be changed. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal are accepted.
Changing a booking
Email [email protected], reply to your confirmation email or phone the office during business hours. Quote the booking reference, the car's registration and your name. Returning customers can also benefit from a loyalty programme.
