Parking types explained
Meet & Greet is the most hands-off. Phone the parking company when you are 20 to 30 minutes from the airport. A driver then meets you at the drop-off point and takes the car. On your return, they bring it back to the terminal entrance. Park & Ride means leaving the car at a secure site and taking a shuttle to the terminal. Onsite parking puts you at the airport itself, with long-stay and short-stay choices.
Changing or cancelling a booking
The My Booking area lets you update flight details, vehicle information and personal details. Changes to dates or times have to go through customer services. You can cancel as late as 48 hours before drop-off. Each cancellation carries a £15 admin fee, unless you bought cancellation cover when booking. Non-flexible bookings cannot be changed or cancelled at all.
Good to know
Payment is by Visa, Mastercard or PayPal. If your confirmation email goes missing, customer services can sort it out by phone or email. Read the terms of the parking company before you pay, since it provides the actual service.
