Parking and extras
Car parks serve major airports such as Birmingham, Luton, Stansted, Cardiff and Aberdeen, as well as the big London hubs. Every site is accredited under the Police Secured Car Park Scheme, with CCTV and a 24-hour reception. Airparks has also opened a site at Munich Airport. Hotel-and-parking packages, airport lounges and resort transfers round out the travel extras, along with travel insurance.
Booking and changes
Bookings can be made online at any hour, and confirmation arrives by email straight away, ready to print or show on a phone. You can view, amend or cancel through the manage my booking area without an amendment fee, though price differences still apply. If a delayed flight means overstaying, the extra time can be paid on return.
Good to know
Parking can be pre-booked well ahead of a trip, which is the main way to use the service. Help is available through live chat and an online help page. Students can claim a discount through TOTUM, and there are discounts for NHS staff, Blue Light Card holders and the military. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal are all accepted.
