Head units come as single DIN, custom-fit or universal models. Custom-fit versions are built for specific makes such as Audi, BMW, Ford and Volkswagen. Specs typically include Octa Core processors, built-in DAB+ radio and HDMI output. For passengers, screens run from 10-inch to 21.5-inch sizes, mounted overhead or in the headrests.
Fitting and support
XTRONS does not fit units itself, but it can put buyers in touch with authorised installers around the country. Support after purchase comes through Facebook Messenger, an enquiry form on the website and a Facebook community group. There is also a UK maintenance centre for repairs. Parcels go out from a dispatch centre in Warrington, Cheshire.
Delivery, returns and payment
Mainland UK orders usually arrive within 24 or 48 hours, with the speed set by the service picked at checkout. Any damage in transit must be reported within 7 days, with photos taken and the packaging kept. Returns are accepted within 14 days. XTRONS takes Visa, Mastercard and PayPal.

Probably. There are custom-fit units for major makes including Audi, BMW, Ford and Volkswagen, plus universal models for other vehicles.
Who can install the stereo?
XTRONS doesn't install units directly. Instead it lists authorised installers across the country who can fit the equipment professionally.
What if my parcel arrives damaged?
Hold on to all the packaging and photograph the damage, then contact XTRONS straight away. Claims are only accepted if made no later than 7 days after purchase.
How long is the warranty?
Two years, on every product. Repairs are handled through the brand's UK maintenance centre.
