About OneOdio Acoustic Technology Co.,Ltd
Picking a pair
For DJs. The Studio Max 1 is a wireless DJ headphone with Hi-Res Audio support. Long battery life means it can work without a cable in the booth.
For studio work. The Solocaster is pitched at audio professionals, with a focus on professional-grade sound.
For everyday use. The A70 works over Bluetooth or with a cable, which is handy if the battery runs flat. Other models add active noise cancelling.
Comfort over long sessions is a recurring design aim across the range.
Cover after you buy
Every order carries a 30-day money-back guarantee. Headphones that don't suit you can go back for a refund under the company's refund policy. A 24-month warranty covers the products after that, and OneOdio promises lifetime customer support.
Phone support runs Monday to Friday, 9am to 6.30pm Hong Kong time. That is seven or eight hours ahead of the UK, so morning calls work best.
Delivery and payment
OneOdio ships worldwide on its Global Fast Shipping service. Payment is by Visa, Mastercard or PayPal. Shopperazzi lists OneOdio's current products and delivery details, which helps when weighing a pair against other headphone brands.
