Sizes and styles
The dresses cover special occasions as well as everyday wear. Around them you'll find blouses and tops, jumpers and cardigans, jeans, tailored trousers, skirts and leggings, plus coats and jackets for each season. The dedicated Petite, Tall and Plus Size ranges mean many styles come in cuts for different heights and figures.
Delivery, returns and refunds
- UK delivery is free over £50; smaller orders pay a standard charge.
- Parcels can be tracked on the website or in the Wallis app.
- Returns are free on all orders. Clothes must be unworn and unwashed with labels attached.
- Swimwear, lingerie and cosmetics in hygiene seals can't be returned once the seal has been opened.
- Allow up to 14 days after posting for a refund, and up to five more days for it to show in your bank.
- Wallis also delivers to selected countries abroad.
Paying and perks
Checkout accepts credit and debit cards, PayPal, Klarna and Wallis gift cards. Wallis Unlimited membership adds delivery benefits for regular shoppers. Students can get a discount through Student Beans or UNiDAYS, and NHS staff through Health Service Discounts. There's no customer service phone line; questions go by email.
