Guarantees and repairs
Many products carry a guarantee of up to six years, and registering your machine online activates the cover. Genuine spare parts and accessories are sold for the range. A repair service also helps keep a machine going rather than replacing it. Support is available by phone, WhatsApp and email.
Delivery and returns at a glance
Order a machine before 10pm and delivery is free the next day, Monday to Saturday, to UK mainland addresses. VAX does not ship abroad. Items can come back within 21 days in the best possible condition with their packaging. Refunds are processed within five working days of arrival.
