Tuff Pets
Tuff Pets is a London company, set up in 2018, that makes dog poo bags with the environment in mind. Its bags are 50% thicker than standard ones and come in biodegradable or home compostable versions. Dog owners who get through plenty of bags on daily walks, and care where those bags end up, are its natural customers.

About Tuff Pets
Bags and accessories
The main product is the poo bag, sold in two types. Biodegradable bags break down over time, while home compostable versions are made to break down in a home compost bin. Both use the extra-thick build behind the brand's name. Dispensers keep a roll to hand on walks, and Floofs Pet Wipes offer a gentle way to clean cats and dogs.
Delivery and payment
Tuff Pets ships within the UK only. Orders over £20 travel free, so buying several rolls at once is the easy way to avoid a delivery fee. A 30-day money-back guarantee applies if you are not happy. Checkout takes Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and Amazon Pay.
Good to know
The customer service team answers by phone and email, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. A referral scheme and a loyalty programme reward people who keep coming back. The materials are chosen to degrade with as little environmental impact as possible, in line with the brand's zero-waste aim. Shopperazzi lists Tuff Pets among UK shops for dog owners.
