The kit
The harness is a no-pull design. The Barkee Lead matches it, and two bundles bring the pieces together: the Barkee Fit No-Pull Kit and the Barkee Kit. Webbing is nylon and polyester, the hardware is reinforced metal, handles are padded with neoprene, and reflective stitching helps on darker walks.
Getting the fit and care right
Measure the girth behind the front legs, at the widest point of the chest. Once fitted, you should be able to slide one finger under a strap. Wash by hand in cool or lukewarm water with a gentle detergent, then dry flat. Skip the washing machine and the tumble dryer.
Delivery, returns and exchanges
Tags are personalised in the UK before parcels leave, and Yodel by InPost handles delivery. Standard shipping costs nothing over £30 and arrives in 3 to 5 working days. Express is £5 for 1 to 2 working days. You have 30 days from delivery to send back unused items, name tags included. Return postage is yours for a change of mind, but Barkee posts a replacement size at its own cost. Once the parcel has been inspected, the money comes back within 5 to 10 business days. Confirmed manufacturing faults are covered too.
