For regular buyers, Club TORRO costs £84.99 a year. Members get three phone cases at no charge during the year, unlimited free personalisation and free express delivery on the UK mainland. There is a member discount on full-price items as well. TORRO also offers a discount for NHS workers and for military personnel through the Defence Discount Service.
Delivery, returns and gifts
UK delivery is free. International shipping covers Europe, North America and Oceania, although the UK store does not currently send orders to the USA. TORRO allows 30 days for returns. eGift cards are available for anyone unsure which case to choose. Customer service is open 9am to 3pm, Monday to Friday, by phone or email, excluding bank holidays. Payment is by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
