Scribbler
Scribbler sells funny greetings cards and gifts with a cheeky streak. John and Jennie Procter started it on the British high street in 1981. Today it has 38 UK stores as well as its website. Cards are drawn by an in-house design team, and many can be personalised online. Order by 3pm for same-day dispatch.

About Scribbler
Cards for every occasion
Birthdays and anniversaries are covered, but so are weddings, divorces and the moments in between. Seasonal cards arrive for Mother's Day, Father's Day and Christmas. Designs lean on pop culture, wordplay and occasional swearing, so check the wording before buying for a sensitive relative. Gifts sit alongside the cards for anyone who wants to send more than a message.
Personalising and posting
Many designs can be personalised online with your own words. Orders placed before 3pm go out the same day, which helps with forgotten birthdays. Delivery options and costs are listed on the Scribbler website, along with the returns policy. The shop delivers within the UK only and accepts Visa, Mastercard and PayPal.
Good to know
Scribbler works with charity partners and has its own environmental commitments. Gift cards are not available, so a personalised card is the nearest thing to a flexible present. Shoppers who prefer to browse in person can visit one of the 38 stores instead of ordering online.
Sustainability at Scribbler
Scribbler is committed to "Doing Our Bit for the Planet" and actively partners with charities such as CoppaFeel!.

Scribbler FAQs
What time do I need to order for same-day dispatch?
Orders placed by 3pm are dispatched the same day. Delivery speed after that depends on the option chosen at checkout.
Are Scribbler cards suitable for everyone?
Not always. Some designs use strong language or cheeky humour, so check the design before sending to someone easily offended.
Does Scribbler deliver abroad?
No. Scribbler's online shop delivers within the UK only. Its 38 stores offer another way to buy cards in person.
Can I buy a Scribbler gift card?
No, gift cards are not offered. A personalised card or one of the shop's funny gifts is the closest alternative.
