Culinary Excellence & Menu Highlights
Ethically Sourced Meats
At the heart of The Forge Chester's menu is an unparalleled selection of ethically sourced meats, provided in collaboration with Aubrey Allen. This esteemed, third-generation family business, a supplier to the Royal household, ensures that only the top 4% of British beef cattle are chosen. These animals are born and bred in a clean, green way, left at pasture for most of the year, which is crucial for developing exceptional flavour and tenderness. The beef undergoes a minimum of 28 days of dry ageing in specially designed rooms, further enhancing its rich taste and texture. This commitment to quality and ethical sourcing makes dining at The Forge a truly responsible and delicious choice.
Contemporary British Dining
The Forge's menu is a passionate celebration of wild food and the rich produce of the English countryside. Marrying century-old techniques with the very best local ingredients, the culinary team crafts dishes that highlight the natural flavours, textures, and aromas of the surrounding lands. From hearty lunches to exquisite dinners, each plate is designed with the customer at its heart, promising a memorable culinary journey. Discover seasonal specialities and classic British dishes reimagined with a modern twist, all prepared with precision and passion.
