About Tempur
Trying a Tempur in person
Tempur runs 10 of its own stores across the UK, with flagship branches in large shopping centres such as Bluewater and Westfield. Retail partners also stock the brand. Lying on a mattress for a few minutes will not tell you everything. It does help narrow a choice between TEMPUR EASE, TEMPUR PRO Smartcool and the TEMPUR ONE topper.
The 100-night trial, in detail
Selected new mattresses come with a 100-night trial. If the mattress is not right, Tempur collects it free of charge on mainland UK. Only one trial is allowed per delivery address. Refurbished mattresses from the outlet are excluded, although they carry a shorter 30-night trial of their own.
Delivery, warranty and payment
Mattresses are delivered free, normally within 5 to 7 working days. A white glove service is available that takes away your old mattress. Warranty length varies by model and reaches 10 years on some, and Tempur offers repairs to help products last. Pay by card, PayPal or finance. Students, NHS staff and the armed forces each have a discount route, through UNiDAYS, Blue Light Card or Troopscout.
Sustainability at Tempur
TEMPUR is committed to quality and longevity, creating products designed to last for years. The brand offers repair services and extended warranties to reduce waste.
