Dormeo started in 2002 and is part of Studio Moderna, with headquarters in Slovenia. Mattresses are delivered free across the UK.
About Dormeo
Choosing a mattress
Memory foam models mould to the body and ease pressure points. Hybrids mix foam with springs, either traditional ones or Octaspring units, for extra support and airflow. Pocket spring and latex options are also available. If a full replacement is not needed, a mattress topper can change how an existing bed feels.
The trial and the warranty
A 200-night sleep trial runs on many mattresses, and returns are accepted within that period. That is long enough to judge a mattress across more than one season. Warranties vary by model, with some lasting up to 20 years.
Delivery and payment
UK delivery is free, and a white glove service is available for those who want extra help on the day. Dormeo does not ship abroad. Pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal or Klarna. Finance and buy now, pay later plans are offered through partners including Klarna and Clearpay. Students can look out for a Student Bedding Bundle and a Student Beans discount. Customer service is open 8am to 8pm on weekdays and 9am to 1pm at weekends.
