Suttons Seeds
Suttons Seeds has supplied British gardeners since 1806, when John Sutton started out selling vegetable seed. Now based in Paignton, Devon, its catalogue spans seeds for flowers and vegetables, young plants, bulbs, fruit bushes and garden equipment. Most of its plants are raised at its own Devon nursery, where varieties are trialled before they reach customers.

Perennials, bulbs, fruit bushes, onions, garlic and shallots fill out the plant side, and the team keeps sourcing new and improved varieties.
On the equipment side, expect pruning and hedge-cutting hand tools, greenhouses, raised beds for vegetables, composters, planters and outdoor furniture.
