The clothes are made in Mumbai with local artisans, and the international website ships worldwide, India excepted, from a Mumbai warehouse, charging UK shoppers in pounds. The brand's About page describes a "no-leftover" policy of producing only what it expects to sell. Garment measurements are given in inches on each product page, taken with the piece laid flat. Delivery and returns Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days and then take 7 to 10 business days to arrive by FedEx, which needs a signature. Shipping is on a delivery duty paid basis, so import taxes are built into the price. At checkout from the UK, a £107 basket was charged £12 for standard shipping and a £113 basket shipped at no cost (checked October 2026); the policy page sets the free level at $150. Returns must be lodged and sent within 14 days of delivery, unworn and with tags and packaging intact, and they are refunded only as store credit, issued as a gift card valid for 12 months. Exchanges are not available, the customer pays return postage, and pieces labelled as final cannot be sent back unless faulty. Faulty items are replaced, or refunded if no replacement exists, after a photo is sent to [email protected].
