About Staples
What's in the range
Desk basics come first: pens, pencils, staplers, labels, files, folders, envelopes, printer paper and card. Ink and toner cartridges sit alongside printers, scanners and other office machines. The furniture section covers desks and office chairs. Away from the desk, Staples stocks cleaning and janitorial products plus food and drink for the staff kitchen. Packaging covers boxes, bubble wrap and tape. Presentation and security products round it off, along with greener alternatives across many categories.
Accounts and price matching
Businesses can open an account with a dedicated account manager, credit terms and volume pricing on repeat orders. If you spot a comparable product for less elsewhere, customer service can arrange a price match. Students can get a discount through Student Beans or Youth Discount, and NHS and military staff are also catered for.
Getting your order
Orders over £40 travel free on a next-day service, and same-day delivery is offered in selected areas. Returns are accepted within 30 days; contact customer service to start one. Payment is by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
